Both full payment and completed application with photo are required in order to be considered complete.
New readers must either have a recommendation from someone we know and trust, or may be
asked to try out. If there is a payment or application issue, the Reader Team will contact you
to attempt resolution, prior to releasing your space. The Reader Team reserves the right to limit
the number and type of readers. If we cannot accommodate you, you will be notified
as soon as possible and we will return your space rental fee. If the Expo is full, we can place you on

PLEASE SUBMIT EVERYTHING (including PHOTO) by SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2017 (space permitting) to be included on the websites and in the list of readers in the handout (which is how people will choose readers to book appointments with!).
ABOUT THIS APPLICATION: (some things may appear different if registering on your phone)
You'll need to submit a maximum 100-word description (approx. 600 characters) for the website and Reader Handout.
We'll want a digital headshot of you and you can upload it at the link on this page.
When done with the application, hit the "Submit Application" button. After that, the page where you filled out the form should be blank.
After hitting the "Submit Application" button, IF the page is still there and doesn't go to the Paypal page, then there is likely an error in your application. You may see an error message at the bottom that says "Please fill in required fields" if you missed a required question, or you may not if it's a different problem. Either way, scroll back up the form to find a required question that was not filled out, or not filled out properly. (OFTEN it is because you have gone over the 600-character limit in your description.) Answer or fix, and then submit again.

Early registration discount runs through Saturday, September 16.
Once you successfully fill out and submit the form, you'll be automatically taken to a Paypal page no matter how you indicated you intend to pay. Your total registration amount will be given there.
No Paypal account is needed to pay at Paypal; at the bottom right of the Paypal box, you may select “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit” instead of using a Paypal account.
If you indicated in the application that you will send a check instead, close the Paypal window. Envelope must be postmarked by September 16 (for Early Discount) or the latest, September 23 (space permitting) to reserve your space. Please make check payable to: Intuitives Interactive LLC, P.O. If you have paid online at Paypal after submitting the application, you'll receive an email confirmation message. IF YOU DON'T PAY ONLINE, YOU WILL NOT get an automatic confirmation email; please wait for us to send a confirmation email manually that your application was received.
We are only accepting applications for both days of the Expo.
There will be 19 readers in the 20-minute Reader Room and 10 readers in the 30-minute Reader Room.
Vendors can also offer readings at their booths, like last time. Vendors will take their own payment and appointments, set their own prices and session lengths, maintain their own payment system and cash box.
Door Prize Donation: We're asking everyone to donate a gift certificate or product at the Expo, to reward our volunteers. Gift certificates should be for full, free offers — no coupons or discounts. Product donations should be brought to us at the Expo, instead of letting the recipient choose (because sometimes the certificates are received too late to go to your booth). We will have blank certificates at the Expo for you to fill out, or feel free to bring your own. Please go to the Volunteer Check-In Table with your donation. Thank you for supporting our hard-working volunteers!
Instead of publishing a program book, we now use handouts without ads, to save us money, resources, and time.
Please bring EXTRA business cards for the Reader Promotion Table!!! It will be prominently placed outside the Reader Room, so that clients have access to reader information even if they can't book appointments with everyone.
Please no candles, incense, sprays, or anything scented — to respect those who have allergies or sensitivities. WHEN IN DOUBT, please ask permission from Christina DePugh, Reader Coordinator and Expo Co-Director.
For those who wish to stay overnight in Ann Arbor, blocks of hotel rooms will be arranged for Expo weekend.
The reader card table space is approx. 6' x 6' and includes 2 padded chairs without arms.
Please bring your own timer, card table, and table covering. Tables approx. 34" x 34" square are acceptable.

PLEASE SUBMIT A DIGITAL HEADSHOT PHOTO of yourself for the website and reader handout. The photo needs to be a high-resolution JPEG, GIF, or PNG (300 dpi, usually at least 1 MB file size) to look good in the printed handout.
