Bearclaw Coffee provides amazing specialty coffee and smoothie drinks including delicious coffee shop cuisine such as breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and more. Their drinks can be prepared hot, frozen, or over ice and they always offer soy, skinny, almond, sugar free, organic, gluten free and other options. Bearclaw Coffee values sustainable business practices and always uses biodegradable serving ware, hauls out compost, and always recycles. LOCATED INDOORS, next to the Expo Office.

Veg-O-Rama is a fast casual vegetarian food restaurant located in Ypsilanti, MI. They offer a wide variety of delicious and healthy burgers, wraps, sides, and snacks. Each item on their menu is carefully crafted and packed with interesting Indo-American fusion, flavors, and fresh ingredients. Fortune Cooking w/Chef Tom
FortuneCooking Food Truck specializes in Asian-Fusion cuisine. They combine elements of different culinary traditions like SE Asia and marry them together to create the most delicious and unique flavors. Owner and Executive Chef Tom Lin is a restaurateur, culinary instructor, and Television Celebrity Chef. Inspired by his appearance on this season’s "The Great Food Truck Race" (on TV's Food Network), Tom purchased a food truck and expanded on his FortuneCooking brand. They are honored to bring this food truck to SE Michigan and share their love of food! LOCATED OUTDOORS, in back of the school.
