We are dedicated to offering a variety of healthy (as well as decadent) food offerings at the Expo, as much as possible organic, locally-sourced, FRESH, and vegan/vegetarian choices. Come for a few hours and know that we've got your snacks, meals, and beverages covered!

This two-year-old bakery, located Howell, specializes in pies and cheesecakes, but they also offer everything in between. They like to do everything old-fashioned; some with a twist. “We love being unique and seeing the smiles on our customers’ faces when they bite into our desserts.” Not only do they bring the deliciousness, but they bring the largest desserts too. They bake giant cookies, gooey brownies, giant cinnamon rolls, cake pops, cupcakes, gourmet rice krispie treats, and so much more!!
At the Expo, Scratch Sweet Shop will be selling: cookies, brownies, cake pops, fruit bars, cinnamon rolls, maple bacon rolls, truffles, pies, cupcakes, pound cake, and rice krispie treats.
Alani’s Soul Kitchen offers fresh, high-quality soul food on the go. Choose Alani’s anytime you want home-cooked food away from home; they're located in Southfield and they deliver.
Though the term "Soul Food" originated in the South, we promise you'll never taste food like this anywhere else! Alani's food is filling, comforting, and the most delicious meal you'll get outside of Grandma's. "Food like ours is named this way because it doesn't just feed your appetite, it feeds your SOUL."
At the Expo, Alani’s will be selling: Grilled Chicken Legs, Meatloaf, Macaroni and Cheese and Mashed Potatoes.
Bearclaw Coffee provides amazing specialty coffee and smoothie drinks including delicious coffee shop cuisine such as breakfast sandwiches, grilled cheese, bagels, assorted pastries, and more. Their drinks can be prepared hot, frozen, or over ice and they always offer soy, skinny, almond, sugar free, organic, gluten free, and other options such as smoothies, mochas, lattes, chai and assorted teas, and coffee.
The Peace, Love, & Tacos food truck will be located outside, on the northeast ramp. They serve their famous Giant Fry Bread Tacos (seasoned beef, chicken, or vegetarian) on a handmade fresh fry bread shell with freshly grated 3-blend cheese, lettuce, and onions, all served with their delicious, handmade taco sauce, topped off with sour cream. Along with their Tacos, PLT will be offering their special Fry Bread Desserts (cinnamon, red raspberry, lemon, chocolate, and caramel).
Treehouse Deli, sponsored by Treehouse for the Earth's Children, serves the highest quality food with only organic ingredients. Optimum health with great flavor for all, including many RAW options! Their offerings will include kale chips, kale salad, zucchini lentil falafels, mock tuna, taco with taco neat (nut meat), raw food bars, flavored kombucha, raw cookies, raw apple pie, cocoa mousse, and strawberry rhubarb pie. Try it, you won't believe how GOOD healthy can taste!

RAW ~ VEGAN ~ VEGETARIAN FOODS!
Fuddruckers, home of the world's greatest BURGERS, will be selling burgers (of course!), fries, fish, chicken, hot dogs, chicken tenders, chicken wings, pop, bottled water, and chips.
Crushed Healthy Smoothies will make your smoothie fresh before your eyes, using just the natural sugar of the fruit. Their fruit and fruit/veggie smoothies are made with all real fruit, NO added sugar or artificial anything!
For the Expo, from their Healthy Menu: Strawberry Banana, Mango Lemonade (spinach optional), and Berry Blast smoothies will be featured. From their Dessert Menu: Peanut Butter Bliss! Vegan options available too.
Whether plant-based, vegan, vegetarian, or otherwise, the menu is sure to be tasty as well as healthy!
